The territory and the climate that characterizes the areas upon which our vineyards rise identify all the production process: Colferai Winery is dedicated to winemaking since 1950 and since then has constantly evolved its techniques and machinery, maintaining the tradition in the production methods that identifies all Colferai wines.
The grapes are grown between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, on the Prosecco route, an additional guarantee of a high quality sparkling Prosecco DOC, ideal for all occasions.
The winery produces a wide variety of bottles of “delle Venezie” wine, marked as Protected Geographical Indication, typical Venetian wines, identified by their refinement and their scent, and international wines which are worldwide renowned for their structure and characteristics.
In addition to the bottles, the production has also evolved into the practical Wine in Box®, in order to have at your disposal cask wine as fresh from the barrel. We also offer Vin Brulè® in box for the lovers of this beverage and for those who want to serve a drink characterized by spiced and mulled wine aromas, whose recipe has ancient origins.

For over sixty years, Colferai Winery has been passionately dedicated to viticulture and winemaking. The area in which the vineyards lie is located between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano; the passion and the experience in the enological practices, the modern equipment that we own, the constant combination of tradition and innovation, allow Colferai Winery to produce and sell high quality italian wine all around the world.
The winery produces a wide variety of bottles of “delle Venezie” wine, marked as Protected Geographical Indication, which are typical Venetian wines, identified by their refinement and their scent, and international wines which are worldwide renowned for their structure and characteristics. The wines are available at our retail business in Col San Martino, Farra di Soligo (Treviso).
In addition to the classic format of the bottle, we have developed (for over 20 years) the production of high-quality boxed wine, always as fresh as from the barrel. We also produce boxed mulled wine, ideal to warm a cold winter day.
Pecol Boin Farm is located in the area of Spilimbergo, where the rocky ground allows a state of art winemaking for the production of typical Friulian wines, which are appreciated all over the world.
The skills of our personnel, the modern equipment, the passion for the art of winemaking, are the guarantee of an exquisite and unique wine.
Moncader Farm produces and sells DOCG Sparkling Prosecco Superiore and Prosecco Spumante extra dry Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore; it also produces a limited number of sparkling Prosecco DOC Treviso spontaneously fermented in the bottle, a wine that fits every occasion.
The farm also produces natural apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
