Colferai Winery produces Vin Brulè® (Mulled Wine): the recipe used in the making of mulled wine expects the use of wine, cinnamon, cloves, spices and sugar. This drink, which has medieval origins, has to be drank hot, in order to better taste the spices and flavors and to increase the beneficial effects of the beverage: it is indeed an effective countermeasure against influenza, other than an antibacterial and balsamic drink.
