Bright ruby red color when young, tending toward garnet with ageing. The bouquet is characteristically vinous, the flavor dry and full, sometimes herbaceous when young. With ageing it becomes more refined in flavour and has a fine, ample and very personal bouquet. Alcohol content 12% vol.
Ready to drink, just heat it and add a lemon or orange peel. This ancient and well-known drink is prepared following the traditional recipe, using as an flavor an alcohol-based infusion of natural spices prepared.
White color with golden hues is slender and delicately fruity wine. With its intense but delicate flavor is suitable for appetizers tasty especially if fish and crustaceans, good tasting glass.
Straw-yellow wine with a strong character, a fresh, lively and not extremely dry taste. Ideal for light hors d’oeuvres, first courses and rice with vegetables or fisch, besides grilled fish, and
